Bargaining Update for Bedford Park Home Chef Associates

Home Chef and UFCW Local 1546 met last month to continue negotiations toward a contract.

What’s New: The company and union have planned additional bargaining sessions for the week of January 20, 2025, and we look forward to reviewing the union’s latest proposal during those discussions.

Keep in Mind: We are encouraged by the progress we have made so far and are hopeful of reaching an agreement.

We are dedicated to bargaining in good faith and maintaining openness and transparency with you throughout this process. It’s important to understand that bargaining follows a fairly formal and structured process, and our goal is to approach it thoughtfully and intentionally. Though periods with fewer updates can be difficult, they are a typical aspect of the bargaining process.
