Company and Union Continue Discussions

What’s New: The Home Chef and UFCW Local 1546 bargaining committees met and continued discussions this week toward a contract for our Bedford Park associates.

What’s Next: The bargaining committees are scheduled to meet again in early 2024.

Why it Matters: Negotiations are about meeting your needs and keeping Home Chef competitive. They also take some time.  During negotiations, we engage in honest conversations to identify common ground and navigate through disagreements when they arise.
