Company and Union Open Contract Negotiations

What’s New: This week, Home Chef and UFCW Local 1546 bargaining committees began negotiations toward a contract for our Bedford Park associates.

After introductions, the company and union exchanged initial contract language proposals.

What’s Next: The bargaining committees are scheduled to meet again the week of December 18.

Keep in Mind: It’s early, negotiations take time, and we are at the very start of talks. We encourage you to learn as much as you can about the collective bargaining process. Additional information, including negotiation updates, is posted on HomeChefCBA.com.
