Dear valued Home Chef team member,

Each day, you demonstrate our core values of entrepreneurial thinking and ownership through collaborating with your team members and delivering superior products for our customers while supporting each other.  Your dedication is why our customers choose Home Chef. What you do matters!

Soon, we will begin negotiations toward a collective bargaining agreement with UFCW Local 1546. I know these negotiations are important to you, they are also very important to me and the company. In that regard, our goals for this negotiation are to provide you with a market-competitive wage and benefits package while remaining a viable business in an ever-changing food production and delivery environment.

As we move forward with the negotiations, we will strive to be open and flexible during this process, so that we are able to do what is best for our team members, customers, and communities. Negotiations are about finding ‘common ground,’ working through issues where we disagree, and balancing various considerations in a way that the parties, we hope, can ultimately agree on.
